As the President of BACE, Dr. Dayanidhi Kumar leads India’s most dynamic embryology network with a vision for academic excellence, ethical practices, and professional growth in ART. He is India’s first embryologist to earn both a Master’s and Ph.D. in Clinical Embryology and brings over 11 years of experience in ART.

Dr. Dayanidhi has performed more than 10,000 embryo transfers and ICSI on over 1 lakh oocytes. He has trained 100+ embryologists, published 10+ research papers, and founded East India’s first ICMR-approved private ethics committee. His accolades include Embryologist of the Year (2024), Legends of Bihar (2024), and multiple national excellence awards in embryology and healthcare.

Vice President

As the Vice President of BACE, Dr. Rajnarayan Sahu contributes strategic visionandsenior leadership to the association’s mission of unifying embryologists nationwide. He is the Founder, Director, and Chief Embryologist of ANKURAMIVF, with over 17 years of experience in ART and 15,000+ successful IVF cycles to his credit. Dr. Sahu has held key clinical roles at premier institutions like Indira IVF, Santaan Fertility, and Genome The Fertility Center. Known for his patient-first approach andtechnical excellence, he remains a leading voice in evidence-based fertility care andcontinues to inspire professionals through his mentorship and clinical impact.

As the General Secretary of BACE, Dr. Swapnil Singh plays a pivotal role in strengthening the educational and ethical framework for clinical embryologists across India. She currently serves as the Chief Embryologist at Srijan Fertility Clinic, Patna, and teaches in national programs under FOGSI and ICOG. Holding a Ph.D. in embryology, Dr. Swapnil is a frontrunner in implementing cutting-edge technologies like time-lapse microscopy and microfluidics in IVF labs. Her commitment to clinical advancement has earned her the ISAR Embryology Excellence Award (2024), Fertivision Achiever’s Award (2024), and the Health Excellence Award (2023) bytheGovernor of Bihar.

As the Joint Secretary of BACE, Mr. Pradeep Kumar plays a vital role in fosteringcollaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional upliftment among embryologists across India and abroad. With over 11 years of hands-on experience in clinical embryology, he has led IVF laboratories at prestigious institutions including Indira IVF, Birla Fertility, Apollo IVF, and ART Fertility Clinics in Abu Dhabi. Currentlyserving as the Clinical Laboratory Director at Puja IVF Pvt. Ltd., Patna, Mr. Pradeepis widely recognized across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and international circles. His accolades include the Dr. Manish Banker Young Achiever Award (2023), Best Embryologist Award (2016), and Apollo Stellar Achiever Award (2024).
